If we believe you are a good candidate and you agree to work with our group, our legal counsel will forward you a Contingency Fee Retainer and Authorization Agreement. This fee agreement involves NO UPFRONT FEES to our group. We will only get paid if we are able to successfully negotiate a lower interest rate or reduced principal loan amount.
